We are going to start our adventure of creating startup production company without bullshit)
What does means “NO BULLSHIT startups” mean? It means, that instead of starting you company from “Wow! I have an idea!” we start only after serious market analisys. 90% of ideas – are just a bad copies of somewhere realized projects. Yes, it’s very hard, when you find that somebody have done something like this only two months ago, but we think, that making your startup like blind cow – is bullshit. So, we think, that we have an idea only after big research, including competitive research, market opportunity research, trends research and so on.
We even think that people are talking too much about ideas. You don’t need to have an idea, you should just open your eyes and you will see many things, that you can do. Just look at the blanks of Universe). We don’t think, that we need an idea. We think, that we need a vision – a something much more complex and important. But you can have vision only when you understand market, customers, tech trends and understand it deeply.
We think, that “Hey, we will get investments and hire programmers” is a bullshit. Who can garantee, that this young visionary entrepreneur is able to build qualified tech team fast? What if he even doesn’t know about Agile? My goodness) We think that it is only one chance – that he can find strong and experienced CTO or he already has a great team. We have both)
We think that experience is the key to success. When newbie entrepreneur starts his first company – he has much more chances to fail, than to succeed. But all skills he needs at startup stage – can’t be used when company will start to grow. So we are preparing producers – educated and experienced people, who know everything about idea, pre-seed, seed, startup stages. He knows everything about Customer Development, Lean Startup and other useful things. But he doesn’t care about IPO, because for this stage experienced administrator is needed. Our producers love to launch startups, making something from nothing, checking hypothesis fast, driving fast, thinking big. And they are in the process of non stop mentorship, coaching and education. That’s why we call it startup management without bullshit.
